Eighteen years ago, God closed one door and opened a wonderful new door for me, whereby I obtained my real estate license and have been successfully helping people realize their real estate dreams ever since! Over those years I have received many awards, beginning with being named the “Rookie of the Year” my very first year with Watson, having closed transactions exceeding over 5 million dollars! I owe my success to God placing me in the right position at the right time, along with all the support from my wife, family, staff and other great realtors I’ve worked with.
As the team leader, I have been in the top 1% of Jacksonville agents (Jacksonville Magazine) for almost 18 years, as well as in the top 6% of Watson agents for sales/production for the past 18 years. On average, we sell 1+ home per week! I possess high values, integrity and a strong “customer first” work-ethic, all of which were traits I wanted to find when selecting my Team members. You can trust that you will find those same values in each one of us, as we are dedicated to helping our customers.

I have been a resident of Jacksonville for over 49 years and love the area and all it has to offer. I raised my family in Jacksonville and now get the blessing of seeing my grandchildren grow up here as well. When not working, you will find me relaxing by playing the piano, which I also do at our church services on Sunday’s. I am mindful of being a service to others less fortunate, and try to find ways to give back to our local neighborhoods or help others in need.

17 years ago I became a Real Estate Agent and also obtained my Broker’s license so I could make a positive difference helping people make the best choices in the most important decision in their lives. In 2016 I had the opportunity to join the Randy Martin Team, as it was the perfect fit for me and my customers, and I’ve never looked back!
My background covers 28 years in the mortgage & real estate fields. I worked at Merrill Lynch for 10 years and worked as a certified paralegal in their corporate legal department assisting counsel with all forms of litigation. I also managed an office following my tenure at Merrill Lynch, managing bank owned resales for several large institutions. Because of this strong analytical background, plus being a paralegal, attention to detail is one of my strong suits! My customers need a realtor that is going to – not only find them their dream home – but also watch out for their investment and ensure they are making the best financial decision as well. I strive to always make a positive difference in that process with each and every customer!
Originally from Norfolk, Virginia and the daughter of Navy Dad, we moved to Ponte Vedra when I was 2 years old and have been in the area ever since – going on 50 years! I currently live in beautiful St. Johns County with my family and when not working, I enjoy relaxing and soaking up the sun at our many nearby beaches. I am a busy mom of two and enjoy watching my daughter (an equestrian) ride beautiful horses at the many horse shows we attend or cheering on my son, who plays baseball in college, at his games.
My faith is very important to me and I am very active in my church. My customers know they can trust me to offer them the best advice and steer them in the right direction. I believe having a higher power to answer to gives me a wonderful compass to ensure I always do my best for others.

I am a Graduate of University of Kansas with a degree in business. In the 1980’s I started my career in business and after a few years in corporate sales, I felt lead to commercial real estate in Dallas Texas, including land and site acquisition. Although I enjoyed that work – I felt called to do more of God’s work. After graduating from Seminary in Kansas City, I relocated to Saint Louis, where I pastored a church for over 20 years.
A few years ago, I started a new season in my life when my wife and I moved to Jacksonville. I was blessed to combine two things that I have a strong interest in, real estate and helping people! The perfect fit was joining the Randy Martin Team at Watson Realty, where we all are liked-minded and try to focus on our clients first. Our goal is to do what is best for our customers, with the utmost integrity in the sight of God. We listen, try to understand their vision, and hopefully, help them to achieve it by finding the right house that fits their needs and their budget as well, which is not always easy! My background in acquisition helps remind me to beware of the financial aspect of any purchase or sale, and to balance both the heart decision of acquiring a dream home, as well as the monetary aspect of staying within budget. My experience has been that as I spend time with my customers, I get a sense of what they want and actually enjoy the journey with them!
Although no two real estate deals are the same, every person I’ve ever worked with wants the same things: to be treated with respect, and to know I have their best interests at heart, working as a servant for them too, and as time goes on, earn their trust as we work together. That is what I try to provide to each customer! Thankfully, my customer base grows each year and my friendships grow exponentially with each new transaction!
My marketing plan is simple – listen to each customer – do my best work to find what they are looking for – use all the marketing tools available to me, and honor God in all that I do to help my customers achieve their dream of home ownership!
